We are using this plugin https://www.zendesk.com/product/features/wordpress
We continue to have this error in the WP backend:
“Whoops! The user specified as the anonymous requests author is not logged in to Zendesk! You can change the user or kindly ask them to log in.”
There is a link saying we need to look here:
https://support.zendesk.com/entries/20116518-setting-up-anonymous-ticket-submissions-with-zendesk-for-wordpressBut we dont have the option to “5.Select a agent from the Anonymous Requests Bydrop-down list” as the link suggest. We only have one mailadress there which is the mailadress of the admin on the site. There is no other mailadresses in the dropdown.
Can you please help solve this problem.
