zerif lite problem on multisite

I just install wordpress multisite , and I want to use zerif lite as a theme in my multisite sites . but after install zerif lite , and put through various kinds of editing such as title of the site , about us , our focus section and widgets , zerif lite does not indicate a change as I have previously edited . my website is https://www.zevania.com. please help thanks
