Zero contact

I hate to have to do this but I don’t see any recourse. I have tried, over the past few weeks, to get in touch with the authors of this plug, which I think is a great plugin, concerning my account on their website where my “Pro” dashboard is supposed to reside. It’s a simple password issue but their system is not sending the reset email to my account (I’ve tried 4 times and have checked the trash and spam folders every day) and I’ve even used the “Contact US” portion of the plugin to send a direct email to them. All with zero response.
If I don’t get some kind of response I’ll remove this plugin and use one of the others.
