Zero Customer Support

  • Is it just me or is there zero customer support for this theme??? Is no one working on this site at all???

  • I am having the same issue. The Athena Pro theme which is supposed to be a lifetime purchase. It has been deactivated one of my sites and I cannot seem to activate it again. I placed two support tickets with SmartCat and have received no follow-up.
