Zero enhanced ecommerce values being passed into datalayer

I have installed this plugin and set up enhanced ecommerce tracking as per the instructions. I have enabled most of the recommended tags in the Integration > Woocommerce section, however I am seeing no enhanced commerce datalayer variables being passed into the datalayer when I am testing. Is this a known bug? I have turned all other settings off as I only want to track ecommerce data. I am unfortunately not able to share the site data here because it is a closed development site.
