Zero page hits since Dec. 9

This is a bug in the plugin. Others have already posted about it here. Updating to recent versions wont help. What you could do is to revert back to 12.6.10 using WP Rollback. Hope it helps

Same here. Hope this will get solved in the future. I also rolled back to 12.6.10 for the moment.

I got this problem solved by…

TADAA!

Go to Settings -> Removal ::: Remove data and settings
After that from plugins -> remove

RE-install.

and that’s how it starts working again.

@demonlycodex thx for the trick, sounds good, but then you lose all past analytics data, don’t you?
