Zero rate not working for GB

I understand that your Zero rate taxes setting on GB are not working.

To understand the setup of your site could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

Also, can you provide a screenshot of your WooCommerce-> Setting-> Taxes-> Tax Options

Please head to WooCommerce > status > tools Do click on Update database, then click on verify database tables, this is to make match your database to the current WooCommerce version.

Once it is updated, check again. If that does not work, I recommend to perform a conflict test as explained in our documentation:
