Zero response to support requests

  • This plugin looks like exactly what myself and I suspect, plenty of others need. Unfortunately support for this is non-existent. I initially raised a simple support request with OneAll (as I thought that’s where the fault lay), and after no reply for two weeks, raised the same query on the plugin page. One week later, and still no response from either. Very poor.

  • I recommend changing your avatar to look like a real person. There are a lot of alias accounts setup to downrate plugins.

    Also I would treat the existence of free software as support for whatever you want to do with WordPress. Support in the way of a service which is 100% free must be a limited, we all have jobs and life’s.

    If your saying you paid this author money and the service is poor. I’d like to know.
