Zero support

  • I have tried to contact the developers on numerous occasions. I have tried using their forums. All to no avail. There are many broken aspects to this theme, and without any chance of support, it it basically unusable for me. It was a waste on money to buy the pro version.

    If you have purchased the pro version, please send your problem to [email protected] (just for bug reporting, not for modification), then the support team would reply you asap.
    Please remember to describe your problem in details and leave your site url, or you may get no reply.

    I have tried to contact support, but I get no reply. Just like the post above states had you bothered to read it. You will reply here when a review is at stake, but not to an actual problem.
