ZERO support, lousy plugin

Lousy plugin (errors which my developer had to fix himself), lousy user experience (eg free shipping isn’t selected automatically as a shipping method when threshold amount is reached), lousy application (eg not possible to print return label to put in the box) and zero customer support (not on the forum, not by the company itself)
