Zero Support on Paid and Free Versions. Keep out

  • The most recent updates have crashed my website and there is zero support from this forum, apparently even if you are an Elementor Pro customer (Paid version of the plugin) there is zero customer support, so i guess you’ll just pay for a bugged plugin and ruin your website until they figure out how t odo customer support. Just look at all the thread they copy paste a random answer just to say they are on it, after that they provide no more answers.

    Day by day, this plugin is becoming more useless and a complete waste of money. There’s no real improvement or better solution in sight.

    Imagine this: you’re in the middle of designing a page, and suddenly, errors pop up. Now, what are you supposed to focus on? The creative design of the site or spending your time troubleshooting and fixing these issues? Who has time for that kind of frustration? It’s supposed to make things easier, not add more headaches. This lack of reliability is simply unacceptable.
