Zero Taxes on Guest Checkout with Courier Shipping Method

Hello,

We’ve just noticed that if a guest user tries to checkout an order, using a Courier Method the Tax Value is 0.00.

If the same user change the shipping method on local pickup, the tax value is back to normal price.

Do you have any ideas?

I’ve tried to disable all plugins, change theme etc without any success.
