Zeus Virus from my website?

    Is it possible for my website to be hosting this Zeus Virus? I have navigated there with Firefox and that has popped up a few times. I do not download anything from the site, it just pops up. (it does not pop up when using Chrome)

    I used Eli’s Anti-Malware from GOTMLS.NET. It says I am free from viruses.

    I guess I just want to be sure that my website is not being used to do any harm to other people.

    I also installed WP Security to “harden” my website. (someone broke into my site and used it to email a bunch of emails) Anyway,I did it this way because the cost was less. Is this effective or is there another way to do this better even if the cost is higher.

    It pains me to think that someone may be using my stuff to extort other people. Even if they don’t actually get any money they have still created anxiety, etc. in other people. Hopefully, I am just being paranoid. Either way, I would still like a suggestion for security that is affordable. (I am not wealthy)

    2. Get a fresh cup of coffee, take a deep breath and carefully follow this guide. When you’re done, you may want to implement some (if not all) of the recommended security measures.

    If you’re unable to clean your site(s) successfully, there are reputable organizations that can clean your sites for you. Sucuri and Wordfence are a couple.

    @lucabrasi40 Try accessing your website via a different device. If nothing shows, it could well mean its your own device that has the malware, not your website.
