Zillow is not working

Hi, I would like to integrate one of my client zillow review. I have used this link ( https://www.zillow.com/profile/Zoila-Grande/#reviews ) for download review. but its not working. I have wait almost 24 hours to download the review. as well as i m not using any cache plugin.
