Based on the Checkout page, I can see that you are using a different payment gateway here, but just to be sure, please share your System Status Report that you can find via WooCommerce > Status
. Select Get system report
and then Copy for support
. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your reply here.
To isolate this problem, can you please enable Cash on Delivery, create an order and see if you are still facing the same error message above?
