    Site was previously working, and then all of a sudden when typing in a zip code, clients are now being told “ZIP Code is not formatted correctly” even with correct US zip code input.

    Why is this happening?

    I checked your site, would like to try a test order, however, a credit card is already needed to place one.

    Can you please share with us a clear screenshot of what you see on your end so that we could address you more effectively?

    Based on the Checkout page, I can see that you are using a different payment gateway here, but just to be sure, please share your System Status Report that you can find via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your reply here.

    To isolate this problem, can you please enable Cash on Delivery, create an order and see if you are still facing the same error message above?

    I understand you are experiencing the same issue and since every site is different and you’re not the person who originally started this topic then, per the forum guidelines, would you please start your own topic?

    Additionally, please include your System Status Report that you can find via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your reply here.

    If you could also provide the fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.
