Zip Does Not Match the Selected State

    I read through and tried suggestions from the other thread https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/zip-does-not-match-state/ to no avail :-/

    I need automated taxes so I cannot disable that… when I enter the store City and State (Naperville, IL) but the zip of Los Angeles (90001) I get the error, which is fine, users can fix the issue before successfully checking out.

    But it allows users to go back to there cart and then they are stuck.

    Shouldn’t it disallow navigation until it is fixed?

    Can you clarify this bit? How exactly do they get stuck? I tested this myself on your site, got the warning, went back to cart, got the warning again, but I could still do things like add items to the cart and go to checkout again.

    Also, could you please send me a copy of your site’s system status report? You can find it under WooCommerce > Status in the dashboard. Click “Get system report” and then the “Copy for support” button. Once you’ve done that, paste it into your reply.

    I tested this again on your site just now, but I don’t get the ZIP error any longer. Can you explain how to reproduce the issue again, or was this already fixed somehow? How exactly do customers get “stuck”?
