• I am getting this error message….however, the file size of the backup seems correct at 441mb. How can I check to see if the backup is ok or corrupted>

    Hey there –

    Sorry for the delay in responding! Usually this error is harmless and comes up because the backup stalled at some point and then went looking for something that was already done. If you have a way to compare the files in the backup against the files on your server you can do that comparison and see if anything is missing (I use Kaleidoscope for Mac). You can also just set up a test domain and use the files and database to see if everything is complete. That’s a great idea anyway, because it gives you a staging area to test new updates and such ??

    The same thing happens for me, the backup never completes on the backend (it keeps spinning)
