    @saeed S3 would work for you as well. As to why the Forced downloads are failing, I can’t tell, sorry. If you don’t want to use S3, I’d recommend just sticking with the Redirect method.

    i can’t use S3, but certainly i want to use direct mode. if it’s because of my site server, how can i tell this issue to server support team to solve it.

    I’d recommend testing on another host to see if it has the same problem. If so, compare the configuration of the two hosts to see what is different.
