ZIP file can not be uploaded

  • I created a ZIP file in the “Upload Downloaded Backup To Install Plugins” of MPI in the existing site .

    An attempt was made to try to upload the the ZIP file new site in the “Install Plugins Directly From Your Loacal Machine”, it was not possible .

    Similarly MPI file also tried to create , but it could not download after creation .

    Do these features are not possible unless a paid version ?

    Or , Install Plugins function of … is not at all relevant to the bottom of the Upload Downloaded ··· function , what ‘s something you want to install a single one of the plug-in zip file ?

    I have checked this plugin at my side and found it’s work fine at my server.
    Some times this happen due to some error in zip creation, if zip file is not generate properly from server then this issue will occur.

    Please check your server zip creation permission and also check your downloaded zip file, is it corrupted or not.
