zip file not valid

  • Hello,

    He my Export Log :

    1xx Informational: 0 | 2xx Success: 414 | 3xx Redirection: 14 | 4xx Client Error: 4 | 5xx Server Error: 0

    and when I try to unzip the downloaded file, I get a message like “zip file not valid”.

    What platform are you using Simply Static on (e.g. Windows, Linux, etc.)? Also, what program are you using to unzip the zip file? Does the zip file seem like it has something in it (i.e. the size isn’t zero bytes)?
