When I built my website in 2016, I uploaded zip files containing JPG, PNG, and AI files of our company’s logos into our media library to make them downloadable for website users. They’ve worked fine for years; when users double-left-clicked on the link on the page, the zip file would download for saving into the user’s choice of folder.

Now, however, nothing at all happens when you double-left-click on the links. When you right-click, a message pops up that the file cannot be downloaded securely.

    What is happening?

I found a little bit of info online that suggests that zip files are no longer a supported media type in WordPress’ Media Library. Is that the problem, or could it be something else?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]
