zip functionality is not avalaible on the server

“zip functionality is not avalaible on the server” is the message I received when I tried to run the zippy pluguin.

Then I installed the zip functionality from the PHP PEAR extensions in cpanel, all done correctly but also this message appeared:
— you need to include this line in your script)
ini_set(“include_path”, ‘/home/m456llop/php:’ . ini_get(“include_path”) );

my question is where and which is the script to add that line?, any help please?
