Zip is not working

Hi jfsarria,

what do you mean exactly?
I tried to download our plugin from plugin page and install it on WP and everything works fine.
If you get the error while installing, make sure you have already installed WooCommerce plugin before to install WooPrice Calculator.
If you need more assistance could you show me some screenshot?

I’m downloading from https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/woo-price-calculator/ and opening the zip it says that the zip is invalid. How else can i get the files?

Which program are you using to unzip? Try with 7-zip software.
WooPrice Calculator free version is only available here on WordPress. I have just tried to download it and unzip it without any error.

I’m also trying to download the zip file but there’s nothing happening!
So what can I do?

which OS are you using? and which software are you using to unzip it?
Our plugin it’s about 26MB so it need some time to download.

We tested it again right now to download and unzip it in Mac OS, Linux and Windows without error.
Could you provide me also some screenshot of the error?

We are using Windows 10. It’s also not working to install your plugin with wordpress plugin installer.

On Windows 10 we had the same problem using the default compressor.
As mentioned in a previous post we suggested to use 7-zip software to extract it.
You could also use Winrar.

About the install error on WP could you send me the error or screenshot to investigate please?
I can’t replicate your issue. Did you check your max size upload of file on your server?

Installing from WP works fine for me. Only issue is when downloading zip and trying to open it
