    Hello,

One of my readers warned me today that my recipes are no longer online on my blog.
Instead there are just Zip recipes shortcodes.

On the plugin section on WordPress I just saw a message telling Zip Recipes has been desactivated from my website! Why? How? I just lost all my recipes! What a reliable plugin…

The Zip Recipes plugin is no longer on the plugin section on WordPress, BUT it is still n my FTP (that is why I can’t re-install the plugin from WordPress to try and find my recipes back).

Is there a solution to get them back or to find a back-up somewhere?
    Can you help?

    Thanks a lot!

  • @lpcdf,

Your recipes will be fine. They didn’t go anywhere.

It does appear that we messed up an update and some people are seeing this issue. Please remove the files using FTP and re-install.

Once you do that everything will be fine.

    Also, who is your host?

It just occurred to me, can you see if it’s listed under “Recipe Cards For Your Food Blog — Zip Recipes” in your plugin list?

This issue has been fixed in the latest version so if you did nothing, you can upgrade to 4.36 without issues.

    Hello,

I would like to thank you.
I deleted the files using FTP and re-installed the plugin. All my recipes are back.

However I did not find what you told me: “Recipe Cards For Your Food Blog — Zip Recipes”

    All the best

    Hi @lpcdf,
