I’ve been using your plugin for a long time and it was working very nicely. I assume since the last release the zipped files aren’t inside a folder anymore.

For example, if I download the Disable Emojis plugin from www.ads-software.com, then the file format within the zip file is like:

    Archive: disable-emojis.1.5.3.zip
      Length Date Time Name
    --------- ---------- ----- ----
            0 2017-05-30 22:55 disable-emojis/
         2646 2016-12-19 11:58 disable-emojis/disable-emojis.php
        15410 2016-12-19 11:58 disable-emojis/license.txt
         1412 2017-05-30 22:55 disable-emojis/readme.txt
    --------- -------
        19468 4 files

If I download the plugin from a wordpress installation, then the file structure looks as follows:

    Archive: disable-emojis.zip
      Length Date Time Name
    --------- ---------- ----- ----
         2646 2016-12-19 11:58 disable-emojis.php
        15410 2016-12-19 11:58 license.txt
         1412 2017-05-30 22:55 readme.txt
    --------- -------
        19468 3 files

I have the same behavior on two different servers.

    Hi,

Not sure if it was different in previous plugin versions, but as you pointed this out – I’ve just released new plugin version 1.2.0. Now main plugin/theme directory is included in ZIP, just as you described (i.e. as when downloading from www.ads-software.com). I’ve also added options to change this behaviour, as well as options to append plugin/theme version number to ZIP filename. Options are in “Settings > Download Plugins and Themes”.

Please let me know if it works as expected now. And if you like the plugin, please leave us a rating.

    Best regards,
    Tom
