    This is stuck. I’ve purchases Spectra Pro and have an account at Zip WP

    So I’m trying this out and it stuck at 70%. It’s been about an hour and a half.
    When I bought SP, it said it included Priority Support
    This is not going well Sujay?

    Even a password reset for https://app.zipwp.com/ hasn’t arrived in that timescale. Nothing in Spam

    Thanks yes I have. However, today I was told the Tech Team needed access to my Site.

    I told them a few hours ago that I believe I’ve sorted it and have no acknowledgement, not even on Facebook, that they have the information they need.

    It’s frustrating not knowing when a simple yes or no can tell us a lot? Grrr!
