    Hi,

    I’m trying to set up my first integration with Zoho CRM.

    I’m following the instructions on this page https://bitapps.pro/docs/bit-integrations/actions/zoho-crm-integrations/

    After entering the URL and Redirect URI in Zoho’s API panel and also entering the client ID and secrect I clicked the Authorize button.

    –This is where your instructions do not match Zoho’s API Console–

    The Zoho pop-up asks me to Choose one of the CRM organizations to connect with. There is PRODUCTION account called Qubit Web Solutions and several DEVELOPER Accounts to choose from called CRM User.

    I attempted to integrate using the Production/Qubit Web Solutions option. The plugin tells me it was authorized successfully. However, when I click next and choose a module and layout to integrate, only the Leads module shows up.

    Then when I select Leads, and none of the Leads module layouts show up but there are actually two layout options in my CRM.

    Since none of the Leads module options show up in the drop down menu, I am unable to select anything and click Next to finish.

    I the tried again with a new integration using the developer/crm user options but achieved the same result.

    I appreciate any guidance you can provide. Thank you.

    We thought that you may have selected the wrong organization from your production tab, which is why you cannot see all the layouts. Please choose the correct organization and try again. For a better understanding, please refer to the tutorial linked here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0fYVHhXqSJI. Once you’ve done this, kindly inform us if the issue has been resolved or not.
