Zoho Leads Overwrites Duplicate Records

I have witnessed that if there is an existing Zoho CRM lead that if the identical form information is filled out and submitted, instead of creating a new lead, it OVERWRITES the previous existing lead! I’ve reached out to a Certified Zoho CRM Consultant for help and he in turn has roped in his Zoho CRM Support person for help.
