    Hi,

I just installed your plugin, but the pricing zones don’t seem to work.

I’ve added a Europe zone, and added al European countries into it, with Euro as a currency. The ‘Rest of the World’ zone is in US Dollar.

I’ve manually set a different price for a product, but it always displays the default price. This is both when using geoip (I’m In Germany now), and also in test mode, setting Germany explicitly.

I would have expected the price show up in Euros and in the sum specifically manually set in Euros in both cases (geoip and test mode locked to Germany)

At the same time other plugins like the EU VAT plugin works fine, including geoip.

I wonder what I’m doing wrong?

    Hi,
this issue can be related with cache, change the option default customer address to Geolocation with cache support.

Check if in checkout page the prices changes acording with country when you change the billing (or shipping country).

If you are logged-in, country isn’t detected by geoip by WooCommerce, WooCommerce assume the country of your user as customer’s country.

I’m having exactly the same problem if manually trying to set prices.

It works wonderful if using prices based on inputted exchange rate.

I’m in Australia and have UK and US zones set up, but it will not allow me to manually change the prices to UK or US. This is likely happening because it knows I’m in Australia, so I wonder how there is a way around this?

I found out what the problem is. It would not work on products that had already gone live, but works on newly created products or products that are drafts and have not been live before. It didn’t work making a live product a draft though. All in all, it appears to be working well at the moment.

    Hi @sharonrobards,
thanks for your feedback. Are you using Nginx as web server?
What’s your MySql version? and WC version?

    Thank you again.

Not sure if you saw my other message but it also doesn’t let you change the prices manually once entered and made live. I am not using Nginix as a webserver and I hae wordpress 4.74, my sql 6.35 and woocommerce 3.04

Is there a solution to make it work with products that are already live? Re-creating all the products is not an option in my case.

    Thanks

Hi, I found that nginx users have problems with the bulk product pricing update, so this is reason which isn’t working for old products.
I’m beginning a new develop and I’ll do tests with nginx also.

OK thank you @oscargare, will you post here to let us know when the update is ready?

I’m looking forward to see it work, I’m sure it’ll be a great plugin.

    Thanks

@oscargare I just tested the last update and it now works for me on all platforms except on IE 11.0.9600.18638

I have all regions set to USD and Canada set to CAD. I am located in Canada and when I test in IE, USD value is returned. In all other browsers I get the CAD value.

I tried reloading with CTRL+F5 and of course cache plugin disabled.

Nevermind, for some reason Explorer requires clearing history in order for it to work. My bad, it is working properly now.

    Thanks for the great plugin!
