• I am using WP Image zoom for Woocommerce.

I have a number of products which come in varied colours so instead of adding additional thumbnails, I have set the image to change depending on the selection from the drop down.

In doing this, however, when the customer hovers the mouse over to zoom, the zoomed image shows the original picture and not a zoom of the selection that they have made.

I have also tried adding all the alternatives as thumbnails as well as having is change with the dropdown selection.

this gives the same output with mouse over zoom, only difference being that the mouse over shows whichever thumbnail had been selected prior the the choice made from dropdown.

Is there any solution anyone can think of to have the mouse over zoom show the displayed image every time?

I am not sure if lightbox is any different, I am not a fan of lightbox zoom and would rather only use mouseover.

I was trying to upload an image to give an example but unsure how to do that here.
Cannot include link to site either as it is not live yet and only available over FTP

This is something you’d need to contact the developers of WP Image Zoom about; WooCommerce itself doesn’t have any direct control over the images that a 3rd party plugin uses when zooming ??
