Zoom capabilities disabled by ver. 3.5

  • Since installing ver 3.5, my new posts have had their viva zoom capability disabled. Could anyone advice on a working image plugin that zooms images or advice on how i can go back to ver 3.4.2 when it last worked. Try clicking on images posted today on the site below and on images posted in the last last prior to installing ver 3.5 to see the issue.

  • I’m having the same issue. Viva Zoom still works on all of my old posts, but (even though there is a box to tick to make Viva Zoom active on images) it doesn’t work on new posts. This leaves me with either not offering access to a bigger version of the pic, or having it open in a separate window, which is awkward.

    I have tried to install the Image Zoom plugin but it won’t activate.

    Any help on getting Viva Zoom working again would be much appreciated!

    kyeyolander, I have since tried PrettyPhoto Zoom, downloadable from the plugins section on the www.ads-software.com site. This isn’t as elegant as Viva Zoom, but it does work – displaying a full-size image that does not take readers away from the page they are reading. This will work for me, at least until I can get Viva Zoom working again, and might do for you as well!
