zoom doesn't show top and bottom part of image

we checked the url you provided but we see the full image, even with a low zoom factor.
This behaviour depends by original image size and by the plugin settings. In order to achieve better results, you can try using bigger images or increasing the zoom area from the plugin settings page.

it may depends on the image crop, please try removing the hard crop from the woocommerce single image setting.

I have removed the hard crop from the woocommerce single image setting but when the page refreshes after I press “save”, the box is checked again and the image is still small and cut off..
