    Hello,

It seems that on Zoom you cannot run more than 2 simultaneous meetings (you can book them, but not start them). Our company has more than 2 employees who often have meetings at the same time.

I wonder have you ever tried to figure out the best solution in this situation? Is perhaps integration with any other meetings platform possible? Or maybe is there any workaround on the Zoom end?

For the moment the communication to our customers is rather chaotic. We would love to keep on adding the automatic zoom meetings to reservations BUT it doesn’t make much sense if we cannot run 2 meetings at the same time as we have to manuallt reroute users to Google Meets or MS Teams.

I would really appreciate your advice!

    Kind regards,
    Sylvia

    Hello Sylvia,

Unfortunately, if this limitation originates from Zoom, there is no available solution to address it directly. A possible workaround to enhance the workflow could be to add Zoom events for only one of the services and handle the others manually.

Hmm, that’s not necessarily a bad idea. In case of some services I would be creating Zoom events and sending meeting link and in case of other I would do it manually. In the “services” menu I can see in the “email notifications” tab that it’s possible to set a different notification template (other than default). However, I cannot find a way to create it – could you please explain how to create different notification templates?

Apart from that, is there any way to integrate Webba with Google Meets? Perhaps via 3rd party integration tool, like Make?

Using templates, you can customize the following notifications:

    • Confirmation: Sent after a booking is made.
    • Reminders: Sent before upcoming bookings.
    • Invoice: Sent after a payment is completed.
    • Changes: Sent when a booking is modified.
    • Arrived: Sent when the status of a booking is updated to “Arrived.”

These templates can be customized individually for each service.

Google Meet integration is in the plans, but we currently do not have a specific deadline for its release.

Could you please indicate where in the settings can I find the option to customize template per service? ??

Sure. After sidebar with the service settings is opened, please click on the Email notifications tab at the top right side. Email templates should be created on the following page: Webba Booking – Email templates.

    Hope this helps.
