Zoom is not working properly

  • As you can see the zoom is not working, I already tried to change all settings or change theme to default and leave only wc and zoom plugins active but nothing changed. Could you please help me?

    UPDATE: i did regenerate all the thumbnails and now it works only on gallery images. The main img doesn’t work when I land on product page.

    We have checked your product page and seems that the problem is related to the resolution of the main product image, which is too low. Could you try to use an image with a higher resolution and check if the problem is solved, please?

    Hi Fran,
    the thing is if you reload the page click on another img under the main image and then click back to the main now the zoom works. I tried to look into woocommerce for any main img res setting but didn’t find anything.

    Hola presento un problema en ti tema con elementor, el plugin no carga correcta mente y no genera el zoom como se desea. zoon no funciona en la pagina
