    Hi, im having an issue. When my clients request an online meeting with Zoom. The zoom link meeting goes in blank into the email notification.

    What can i do to resolve this?

    Help please, i need to resolve this the soon as posible.

    We’ve resent our message, could you please check again and check also your spam folder.

    Is there a public solution available for this issue? I think I share the same problem. I have entered the API key and API secret after creating them on the Zoom platform, but no zoom links are populating in the confirmation emails through use of the same shortcodes mentioned above. When I’m in the appointments tab, I get an error message that says “Zoom: Invalid access token”
