Zoom issues on certain photos

    Hi,

    I am using your plugin on my website and it works perfectly fine on certain photos.
    Other photos with the exact same resolution result in different zoom behaviour though. Basically I have 3 zoom results in total with a set of photos that have the exact same characteristics.
    1) zoom works fine
    2) zoom doesn’t actually zoom and only shows the photo in the zoom box
    No zoom
    3) zoom reduces the file size in order to show the whole photo (nothing is cropped) in the zoom box
    Zoom shows miniature of entire photo

    Any ideas on how to solve this?

    Hi,
    generally, this type of issue is solved by regenerating the thumbnails, give it a try and let us know.

    I’m also facing exact same issue and regenated the thumbnails too But still not working. Please help
