    that problem seems to happen sometimes when a script fails on the product page, please try fixing the failing script and retry.

    I had this exact same issue.

    I resolved it by deactivating jQuery Updater plugin that I had installed. Apparently, it was coming into conflict with this plugin, as well as functionality with my theme.

    I recommend you look into deactivating this or any plugin which might be updating the version of your jQuery file.
