    I’m having an odd issue on two different sites on Google Chrome on Mobile (Android devices), in that the browser zooms in when the Card Number for “Debit or Credit Card” is selected. This is when the other options (such as “Scan in Card”) appear, making it rather unusable.

    Steps to Replicate

    1. On Mobile, go to the link I’ve shared
    2. Add anything to the cart
    3. Go to proceed to checkout
    4. Fill in the address
    5. Click the bottom “Paypal” button (the top one is the old instance of it
    6. Click “Debit or Credit Card” button
    7. Click “Card Number”
    8. This only happens on mobile. I’ve tried also on another client who has a completely different template, and they suffer the same.

    Hi @rhyswynne,

    Which device are you using, in particular?
    I just tried it on a couple of different iOS and Android devices and could only reproduce it on one particular Android model with the Chrome browser.
    I think this qualifies more as a bug in the Android version of the Chrome browser, but we will have a look into this with our developers.

    Hi Niklas,

    I’m on a Samsung A41. I’ll ask my colleague what phone they use.

    Thanks for that. I’ll relay that onto them.

    I get the following when I activate that option:-

    “Credit Card processing for your account has not yet been activated by PayPal. If your account is new, this can take some days. Otherwise, please get in contact with PayPal.”

    We did this Monday – they had an account but we’ve upgraded it to Business. I’ll let you know if that changses.

    This same this is happening to me and my WordPress client. This needs to be fixed, users are complaining and sales are being lost.

    I think it may be fixed now. Yesterday I was having the issue and today I’m not. I tried on two different android phones.

    Hello,

    when you receive the error “Credit Card processing for your account has not yet been activated by PayPal. If your account is new, this can take some days. Otherwise, please get in contact with PayPal.” you can only get this resolved by waiting for PayPal to process that request or by chasing them via PayPal Merchant Technical Support.

    There is not much we can do from our end (the plugin), so I will mark this thread as resolved.
