Zopim Chat section missing from menu

    Hello,

    I’ve activated the plugin but I can’t find the Zopim Chat section in the menu.

    Zopim Chat is the only plugin missing from the menu.

    Any ideas? I know some plugins can be accessed through …/wp-admin/admin.php?page=TITLE (example:…/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wpseo_dashboard for Yoast Seo), do you have the link so that I could try if this works?

    /wp-admin/admin.php?page=zopim_account_config

    i have visited your website and see the widget was embedded manually, i also understand from your page that you are using W3 Total Cache plugin which seem to have an issue with our plugin. We will notify the developers of this bug.
    As for Zopim Trial, it lasts for 14 days, you can go ahead and chat with our support if you need more time to trial the Premium features.
