Zotrpress attribute urlwrap not working with all references in bibliography
-
Zotpress is amazing! I use Zotero to manage c. 2,500 references and Zotpress 6.1 to selectively present these in references lists and bibliographies on my website, here.
I have encountered the following problem with Zotpress. When creating a Bibliography using shortcode such as the following:
[zotpress collection=”CQS8JT3N” tag=”history” sortby=”author” order=”asc”]
Individual entries appear as expected. If they have URLs then these are included with each of those references. But, I would prefer to wrap the titles with their URLs. However, if I try to do so, using the following shortcode:
[zotpress collection=”CQS8JT3N” tag=”history” sortby=”author” order=”asc”]
only some of the references with URLs are wrapped; the remainder are presented without either links or URLs. I have observed that this is particularly the case where there are multiple references by a single author.
The URLs in question are properly formed, valid and up-to-date. I thought at first that Zotpress might not recognise URLs leading to PDFs or to directories rather than to HTML pages, but I have satisfied myself that this is not the case. I can see no pattern to this behaviour.
I would appreciate advise on how to rectify this issue.
