Apparently this plugin does not have a critical mass of users. Very low activity level on these questions. Most get asked and never see a reply.

I wish the author would stop by and answer a few questions.

Anyway, I am working on a similar problem. If I get it sorted, I’ll post my results.

Just commenting because I am working on a very similar problem. I’ve just started trying to figure out ABASE.

Any updates/breakthroughs you find would be most welcome.

I found “Jazzy Forms“, and it seems like a start. The problem is it is formula based. I need it to do a table lookup.

I’m looking to add the same thing to our SpeedBinder website.

We sell custom binders. What we need is something that can allow us to upload a spreadsheet, or better still, pull values directly from a Google Docs spreadsheet, and allow lookups from that based on user selections: Product Type, Page Size, Ring Size…stuff like that.

Hoping that someone comes through on this…
