Sorry, I am not allowed to offer Pro support here. But to explain, there was a cascading set of issues.
Firstly, the automated emails didn’t go, I am still trying to figure out why. I did notice it this morning and triggered them all manually, so you should have received them by now.
On top of that, I haven’t been receiving the usual notification emails about someone posting here. Not sure why that is, more investigation needed.
My apologies for the frustration.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [SpeakOut! Email Petitions] Not compatible with GeneratePress (Premium)Jack, GeneratePress very generously gave me a temporary license to do some testing. It expires at the end of the month, I haven’t had a chance to look at it, but will try to do so while I can. My apologies for the delay.

In reply to: [SpeakOut! Email Petitions] CSV download and import into Excel@rmaccue – further on this. Someone pointed out that the CSV is being generated in UTF-16 which can cause formatting issues. In the next versions (Pro and Free) I have tweaked so that it will be UTF-8

In reply to: [SpeakOut! Email Petitions] Petition Formatting is offThere was a directory accidentally left out of version 4.3.3 – it is included in 4.3.3.1 so I am not sure why this is happening.
Thanks for your email, I have sent you a zip file with the missing directory.

In reply to: [SpeakOut! Email Petitions] Can’t edit the petitionI hadn’t heard from you, but what had happened was that when I released a new version (4.2.2) with a bug fix, I made an error with version numbers so it never showed up as being available. I didn’t realise.
I have just released 4.2.3 which fixes the bug and should now show as available

In reply to: [Plugin README Parser] README file could not be found or is malformedOh, maybe I am misunderstanding what the plugin can do. Is it even possible to get the readme (and therefore the version) of a different plugin that isn’t even installed?

In reply to: [SpeakOut! Email Petitions] CSV download and import into ExcelMy apologies for the delay, I have been overseas and am now back.
I tested and can’t recreate the issue (which I haven’t heard of before). Can you please contact me directly at https://speakout.123host.net.au/contactForum: Plugins
In reply to: [SpeakOut! Email Petitions] CSV download and import into Excelthanks for the bug report and the update. I will look into this.
I suspect that when saving, the new lines have to be massaged so they will display well in HTML and something about that makes Excel not import properly.
I am travelling right now but will follow up on this when I get home in a couple of weeks.
