In reply to: [All-in-One WP Migration and Backup] Fatal ErrorI have a web hosting business and the functions.php file was “cleaned” on over 60 sites.
The Imunify360 team have handled this really badly. They kept assuring me there would be a fix for days and days and they have done nothing. Not even an update on what is happening. The only good thing was there were notifications sent so I could identify the accounts that were affected.
Unfortunately the only solution was torm -rf plugins/all-in-one-migration
on each account.Forum: Plugins

In reply to: [SpeakOut! Email Petitions] Petition Won’t SaveCan you please try de-activating the plugin and reactivating it. There is a bug that this fixes, but I can’t recreate the bug myself to find out the cause.
Let me know how you go.

In reply to: [SpeakOut! Email Petitions] Update Now?Nothing has changed at my end and this is the very first time I have heard of something like this. You haven’t contact me, so even though I would like to investigate, there isn’t a lot more I can do.

In reply to: [SpeakOut! Email Petitions] Update Now?Thanks for your message.
This sounds odd. You have the free version installed, right? But it is saying to upgrade to the latest Pro version? I am not sure how this could be happening.

In reply to: [SpeakOut! Email Petitions] [signaturelist id=”1″] doesn’t workHi, I haven’t had any reports of this so I don’t think it is a bug.
The first thing that comes to mind is the petition ID. Do you only have (and ever had) 1 petition? Is your petition ID #1?

In reply to: [SpeakOut! Email Petitions] The list of signers are displayed only a partThanks, but there isn’t much information for me to go on.
Can you contact me via https://speakout.123host.net.au/contact and give me the URL and some screenshots.
I suspect this has something to do with confirmation being enabled, but I will have to investigate further.

In reply to: [SpeakOut! Email Petitions] Two Word HonorificsThis was sooo confusing. I could get it to work with some Honorifics e.g. “Mr Mr” but it wouldn’t work with “His Grace”, but it would work with “One Two” but it wouldn’t work with “Your honour” etc.
Do you see anything in common? It took a while for me to spot it: the length of the text.
In the database I am currently only allowing space for 8 characters in the honorific, I never anticipated anything longer.
The instant fix is to go into
phpMyAdmin
>your wordpress database
>wp_dk_speakout_signatures
table and change the field length from8
to32
I will add this fix to the next release which I hope to release later today. Thanks for the report
