I’m having the same problem I can’t upload an image I always get this error: Unable to create directory wp-content/uploads/2013/07. Is its parent directory writable by the server?
I am using XAMPP Apache has my server for now as I build my site. I will move it to a web host when I’m done. Right now I need some help on how I can fix this.
