The bugfix was successfully rolled out to all Managed WordPress servers.
If you still experience this issue with your Contact Form 7 and you are a 1&1 IONOS customer, please contact our support team.

I only get the Info from my Personal Consultant of ionos that he can not help me and i shall contact the app developer or ask the wordpress Community. Maybe your Support was much more professional.

like Sarah said: The managed mode is limited to a some plugins we are recommending and updating automatically in the background.
Good news: You can change your existing managed app to a standard installation without losing any data! ?? You can find the button to switch in your App Center next to your projects list.
