we clicked several times on the button to re-authenticate but it doens’t work!

Yesterday we changed something regarding the disclaimer into our GoToWebinar account, after that we couldn’t register anymore.

Please advise!

we bought the pro version of your plugin. It works fine with Mailchimp already.But unfortunately our previous problem returned again.

After we changed some setting into our GoToWebinar account for the upcoming webinar, the plugin didnt work anymore. Does it belong to the cache of the plugin? We get all the time a error message that the registration doesnt work. Are we not allowed to change anything into our GoToWebinar account?

Can you help us with this problem please!

thank you for your quick reply and Help.

The problem was solved by clearing the Customer Key and Customer Secret fields on the General Options and clicking on the connecting with GoToWebinar Button.

We are thinking about, to buy the Pro version for more options.
