To better show you, here is what the user gets. The actual form had my name, with the piped email not seen. INSTEAD of the email address, I want the recipient to see my NAME as it was shown on the form.

Takayuki, thanks–I have seen that page, but when the recipient gets a copy of the form they submitted, what they get is the piped email instead of the [group] name. I want them NOT to see the piped email but the name they saw on the form.

10-20 books, shipping = $22.00
