I found the solution.

The problem was plugin Complianz , I changed one setting :
->Integration>settings>Services>Google font needs to be desactivated !

PS : If I check the inspector, the CSS is ok

At first you see the page, the CSS show the font-family, but the font-family seems to be unrecognised (the name of the family is not underlined)

At the end you see the preview of the page, alli sfine, and the font-family name is underlined, and the preview of the police is correct
