Hi @ddmedia ,
Thank you for reaching out!
There’s no straightforward solution for this, so a custom approach is needed.
The best possible approach, as you mentioned, is to create a post type with the submitted form details, setting it to “draft” or with a specific taxonomy. Then, set up another automation that triggers when the admin reviews and publishes the post or updates under that taxonomy, executing the necessary actions.Or, you can use a custom field to track the approval status and trigger the recipe using action filters, ensuring it runs only when marked as “approved, but you would need a custom solution.
I hope you understand. Let me know if you have any questions

In reply to: [Flat Responsive] CSS for mobile menu?Hey Julie Hood,
Please be precise about what you want to create. It seems you want to build a separate mobile menu similar to primary and footer menu. I’m afraid if you could tell it more clearly.
Thanks!

In reply to: [Pure & Simple] Changing fontsHi paulhuntnp,
It is not recommended to use a plugin if you already have similar functioning settings or fields or sections in your WordPress admin area. Plugins are used to make your task more easier,however they may create issues with proper functioning of your front end website and other compatibilities.
You can refer here what actually a plugin is and where to use it;
