In reply to: Up-grade fatel errorI am having this same problem! i cannot seem to get around it. I was wondering if you had solved yours and, if so, how?
EDIT: I fixed it. For anyone else having this problem.
Delete wp-setting.php and then upload the newer wp-settings. Basically you need to replace wp-settings in addition to the wp-includes and wp-admin folder!Forum: Fixing WordPress

In reply to: blogroll links categories and subcategoriesyeah i have been playing with that for a few hours and i just cant get it to do what i want to do. it is mostly a ul/li problem. <?php get_links_list(); ?> works well, but i wish it didnt come with it’s own ul/li tags. i need something that can do what it does (takes the sub category name and lists the links underneath it) without giving it any ul or li tags so i can simply display it how i want to.
The <?php get_links(2, ‘
- ‘, ‘
‘, ”, TRUE, ‘url’, FALSE); ?> tags work, but they dont grab the sub category title and display it which is what i need rather than having to manually put it in and then keep having to do that when i create new sub categories

In reply to: block certain membersYeah, i have been looking. i am curious to know if Angsuman’s Authenticated WordPress Plugin would do the trick, but his site has been down for quite some time now

In reply to: block certain membersHey. Thanks, i have been playing around with that and i am stil trying to get the hang of it. it isn’t exactly what i wanted.. but it works.
i was hoping something more simple. like at my post screen, right before i publish, it would be nice to have a menu on the side with a list of my members/users and to be able to put check marks next to the ones who can view the post or not. Something just like that would be perfect, however, post level sems like it will work right now.
